The best martial artists gather once a year to compete and display their skill at the U.S Capital Classic held by Master Dennis Brown. In one weekend you will find some of the top fights in the world representing their school from all over the world. The event is hold around the last weekend in august and if you have the time you should check it out. enjoy the pictures, one of the funnest shoots I ever went on, I wanted to watch almost more then take pictures............................Brian Gillis

In late August there is a competition held for the top marital artiest in the world and it goes by the name the U.S Capital Classic hosted by master Dennis Brown. This 2 day event holds competition in fighting weapons and forms for all ages from many different backgrounds and schools. This is the second year I shoot this event and back in the I competided in fight and forms but this is for another time. This past weekend my dad and I shoot pictures for the U.S capital Classics which is the biggest martial arts tournament in the country. We had a great time at the event and captured some great images to go along with it. I took almost 800 pictures so I will need a little time to go through all of them so please stay tuned in for more to come. Most of the images I took were shot with a 50mm 1.8 at high speeds and low f-stops with a custom white balance reading from the video light.
